Yes! in fact, it's a great way for you to learn about swimming! You can skip portions of the class if you don't feel comfortable. The water aerobics portion is chest deep, your feet will be on the ground!
We rent out the pool for classes and have a lot of expenses to cover. We greatly appreciate monthly memberships to forecast the amount of instructors and equipment we need!
Most importantly you will be having FUN! Theres so much variety you won't even realize you've been exercising for 75 min! You'll feel more comfortable with your swimming abilities. You'll relieve pain and build strength with low impact water exercise.
